Indra Aria Raharja completed his Bachelor Degree of Law in 2006 from University International Batam and his Master of Notary in 2020 from University of Batam.

Formerly, he is an Assistant – Substitute Notary / PPAT for + 4 (four) years and followed by working experience at Hutabarat, Halim & Rekan as Senior Lawyer for +2 (two) years. He also spent another + 7 (seven) years as a Partner at Aprilda Fiona & Partners Law Firm. From his background and former position, it is confirmed that he is expertise in Corporate and Commercial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Land & Property, Bankruptcy and Liquidation, Maritime and Shipping, Labor – Manpower, Finance and Banking as well.

Garnadi Walanda Dharmaputra serves as Partner in IRP Lawyers by leading practices in:

Prior to IRP Lawyers, he worked as an Associate at Hutabarat Halim & Rekan in 2004. He later joined Aprilda Fiona & Partners Law Firm in 2009 where he made Junior Partner of the firm.

Since 2011 until 2015 he led the Legal & Compliance Department of ABWA Group, a private holding company in energy and property sector. In 2015 until 2019 he served as the Indonesian representative Director for Cascade Asia Advisors, LLC, a US-based risk advisory company.

Garnadi also currently serves as:

• Expert consultant in legal management/legal capacity building for government agencies and private sectors
• Founder of Cerdas Berdonasi, a national smart-donating campaign
• Chairman of Alumni Association of Terrorism Studies at University of Indonesia (Iluni KTUI)
• Chairperson of Research Centre for Security and Violent Extremism at School of Strategic and Global Studies of University of Indonesia, and
• Journal Reviewer for Financial Analysis Agency

Garnadi holds a Bachelor’s of Business Law degree from Trisakti University and a Master of Science degree from the School of Strategic and Global Studies of University of Indonesia. He is also certified as a Risk Professional from the Indonesia affiliate of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and a member at Mahupiki (Indonesian Society for Criminal Law and Criminology).
